What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay the cost for your order using your credit card, stripe, or PayPal.

What do if I don’t have a PayPal account?

Yes! You can pay using your credit card through PayPal even if you don’t have an account with them. You only need to click on I don’t have an account with them at the bottom of the page, so you will be directed to a page in which you can enter your card information to submit your payment.

Why am directed to PayPal when I try to pay with a credit card?

All our payments are processed securely through PayPal, but a PayPal account is not needed to submit your payment. You can submit your payment even if you don’t have an account with them. Or you can choose a different payment method; credit card (Visa or MasterCard),

Will I be charged extra fees when I purchase a rug?

There are no extra fees. You will pay the costs of the items only plus the shipping cost if required. We provide free shipping for orders over $290. Customs taxes and duties are not included in our shipping cost. You might need to pay them in your country.
Based on our experience, all the handmade products enter the US, Canada, and Euro countries tax-free.

Can I pay on delivery?

This option is only available in Morocco. If you are outside Morocco, you can choose a different payment method (card, stripe, or PayPal)
