Delivery & returns

Every order ships from Morocco with DHL Express or FedEx, fully tracked to your door.

USA & Canada

4–7 days delivery by DHL Express or FedEx.

Europe

2–3 days delivery to most European countries.

Rest of the world

6–10 days delivery worldwide.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped within about 3 business days. You receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves.
Free shipping on orders over $350 (except some small items that need extra packaging). All carpets ship free worldwide.
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Customs duties and import taxes are not included and are paid by the recipient. Most Moroccan handmade goods enter the US, Canada and the EU duty-free, but please check with your local customs office.

Returns

You can return your order within 20 days of delivery for a refund.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us at contact@moroccoproducts.com and we will send you a prepaid return label, then a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, email contact@moroccoproducts.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it can be returned.
