Yes, we do! We ship internationally. Once you place your order, you will need to enter the address where you want to receive your package. You will be able to see the shipping cost on the checkout page. The shipping cost is calculated based on the country you are shipping to it.
What is the status of my order?
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the package is processed and shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking information.
How do I cancel my order?
You can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and request to cancel your order. If your order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

The delivery time is an estimated time provided by the carrier. We cannot guarantee the exact time of the delivery.

For US and Canada: Delivery takes 4 to 7 days For most of Europe: Delivery takes 2 to 3 days
For the rest of the world: Delivery takes 6 to 10 days

If your order is over 290USD, you will benefit from free shipping to your country. Except for the small items as it requires more packaging.
All our carpets are shipped for free worldwide.
Since all our products are shipping from Morocco, customs might charge you import taxes. Please note that our shipping cost doesn’t include customs taxes and duties. You will need to pay them in your country. It is better to contact the customs office in your country for more information.
Our policy lasts 20 days. You can return your order within 20 days after you receive it. Then you can request to refund the amount you paid for your order.
Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return your package.
