What we do for you?

Yes, we can customize your orders. If you have a specific design that you want to have on your rug or any Moroccan handmade products, you only need to contact us, and we will design it for you.

Most of the products listed in our online store are available in stock. Once you place your orders, we will ship your package within the 3 business days.

Our ladies artists begin weaving your carpet or rug once we receive your order. It usually takes three to five weeks to finish it depending on the dimensions of your rug or carpet. You’ll be capable of following the process and progression of your product via sending pictures from the start to the end.

Concerning the other products, we usually ship them within one week.

You can also contact us to check the availability of the products that you want. We usually respond within a few hours.

All our handmade products are unique and made by creative artists. You will get the same quality and same size. However, since the product is handmade, slight changes in motifs might occur.

Our store is simple to use. We display different sections and categories that you can choose from them. If you want a rug or a bio cosmetic…, you can click on it to give you all the details of the product and styles we have, as well as references of carpets or rugs available for custom-made.

It’s easy! When you like a specific product, you can save it check it later by clicking on the little wishlist icon below the pictures of the product to save it to your wishlist. Then you go back to it any time at the wishlist tab from your account.

You will pay the cost of the product. We offer free shipping on all orders over 290 US Dollars.

Customs taxes and duties are not included in our shipping costs. However, based on our experience, all the Moroccan handmade products enter the United States, Canada, and most EU countries duty-free. We recommend you double-check with your local customs office or import office concerning this to avoid any confusion.

Our online store is open 24/7. You can place your order any time you like. Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email within a few hours. If you didn’t receive it, please make sure to check the spam folder or contact us at contact@moroccoproducts.com

Our business hours are Monday to Saturday from 9 am – 6 pm Morocco local time. We respond to the emails outside business hours as well. So, feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

If you are in Morocco, you can have a tour to explore our handmade products in our stores. So you can see and high quality of their work.

If you are outside Morocco, we can do a live session or send you photos and videos of the handmade products and all the high-quality materials used to make them.
