Most products in our store are in stock. We ship your order within 3 business days of purchase.
If a rug is not in stock, our weavers start it when we receive your order. It usually takes three to five weeks, depending on the size, and we send you photos of the progress from start to finish. Other products usually ship within one week.
Every item is handmade, so you get the same quality, size and design. Small variations in pattern or colour are normal and are part of the charm of handmade work.
Yes. Send us your design, size or a reference photo and we will make it for you. Rugs, poufs, lanterns and leather bags can all be customised.
If you are in Morocco you are welcome to visit. If you are abroad, we can send extra photos and videos or arrange a live video call to show you the piece.
Our prices are fair and set with the artisans, but you are welcome to send us an offer, especially for larger or multiple pieces. We usually reply within a few hours.
Yes, we ship worldwide from Morocco with DHL Express and FedEx. You will see the shipping cost at checkout.
Shipping is free on orders over $350 (except some small items that need extra packaging), and all our carpets ship free worldwide.
Delivery takes 4–7 days to the US and Canada, 2–3 days to most of Europe and 6–10 days to the rest of the world, after about 3 business days of processing.
Duties and import taxes are not included in our prices. In our experience Moroccan handmade products enter the US, Canada and most EU countries duty-free, but please check with your local customs office.
You can pay by credit or debit card or with PayPal. For wholesale orders we also accept bank transfer.
No. Payments are processed securely through PayPal, but you can pay with your card as a guest without creating a PayPal account.
All prices are in US dollars. For manual payments we can also accept the equivalent in euros, pounds sterling or Canadian dollars.
Cash on delivery is only available inside Morocco.
You can return your order within 20 days of receiving it for a refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, in which case we send you a prepaid return label.
